Exactly! Because it's Jin, people just assume he's the asshole. If it was any one of the others, they'd NEVER assume that, but because he's got the worst image I guess he gets the worst press ._. People shouldn't just assume things; it was clear from the start we didn't (and still don't) have the full picture - he's going for FIVE MONTHS, they wouldn't just ship him off because they felt like it.
